Needed my ducts to be cleaned, called this company and asked about the pricing and work they do. Their dispatcher was very nice and answered all my questions fast and detailed. Technicians called 30 min ahead and arrived on time. Both guys were very respectful and acted very professional. After the work was completed, i was shown each duct and pictures before and after the cleaning. On top of that they cleaned a motor in my heater which was completely clogged up with dust and replaced a filter. I highly recommend them. Will definitely call them again. Used PHS to install new ducts and insulation. Had a total of 4 quotes and decided to go with them after reading about their reviews and then speaking with Orel over the phone. He was awesome! Very responsive, knowledgeable and gave me a competitive quote relative to the other companies I was looking at. The supervisor, Jeremy, oversaw the entire job and I felt taken care of for the entire project. The insulation and duct work took 2 complete days and Jeremy communicated with me every step of the way. Cant say enough about him! He left the attic looking brand new as he removed all of the junk from the previous owner and properly hung the ducts relative to what they looked like from before. I would highly recommend working with this company. I fully plan on using them moving forward for all HVAC and related services as my one stop shop. Thanks Orel for an amazing experience!
